By submitting a request, you consent to information about the request being published on the information sharing register.

Remember to include a detailed outline, including the reasons why the data is required, as well as the format in which you need the information delivered.

  • The request will be assessed against our legal obligations and the availability of information. A response with the request assessment will be issued within two weeks of receipt
  • If approved, the information will be provided in line with the request details and the Information sharing register will be updated

Note: The Network Data Requests mailbox is not monitored for urgent customer matters. For urgent issues, please contact Customer Care via customer@endeavourenergy.com.au.
