Inclusion and Diversity
When we power together, we can achieve so much more
Our approach to inclusion and diversity is about reflecting our diverse communities, making Endeavour Energy a place where everyone belongs, and putting our people and our customers first. We celebrate differences and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
Inclusion
We’re committed to fostering an open and inclusive culture where every team member feels respected and valued. We’re doing this by building diverse, collaborative teams with inclusive leaders and by providing a safe, supportive, and flexible working environment.
By empowering our people to balance their work and family life, and look after their wellbeing, we support them to be at their best while growing their career. We offer flexibility, family inclusive and wellbeing programs and support to help our people thrive: at work and at home.
We’re proud to be certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace. You can read more about our approach here
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples
We’re committed to continuing to build and strengthen respectful relationships with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Our goal is to grow our representation and develop meaningful career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We partner with TAFE NSW on the Empower Pre- Apprenticeship Program for First Nations people interested in pursuing an electrical apprenticeship. Gender equity
By proactively breaking down barriers, challenging bias and fostering an inclusive environment, we’re committed to ensuring equal opportunities for people to thrive and succeed in their career and life. We have a specific focus on increasing representation of women in leadership and non-traditional roles. We aim for gender balance in our apprentice and graduate intakes. To know more, click here.
To promote careers for women in STEM, we’re partnering with Western Sydney Women to sponsor the ‘Future is Bright’ STEM mentoring program, which aims to inspire and empower high-school girls in Western Sydney to pursue careers in STEM.
