Connect supply or relocate assets

Find out more about connecting load or generation to a new or existing supply. You can also apply to relocate electricity assets or attach third party assets on our assets.

Connection of load	Choose this application type for new or upgraded connections, including strata developments, or to upgrade the number of phases supplying your site. Some basic applications receive an immediate Permission to Connect. Our eligibility requirements for a basic connection offer are: your maximum demand for electricity is no greater than 100 amps (single phase) or 63 amps (three phase) your land must be zoned as urban by your local council you are connecting up to four strata units that meet the above requirements Please note that you will need a valid National Meter Identifier (NMI) from your electricity retailer in order to submit a basic application. Subdivision of land	Choose this application type for all subdivision developments, including Torrens and Community title subdivisions (excluding strata developments). See our Subdividing your land page for more information on these types of connections.
Connect a generator	Choose this application type for new or increased generation systems such as solar and battery connections. You can apply for a basic connection and receive an immediate Permission to Connect if you connect via a compliant inverter and meet the following criteria: your inverter capacity is less than or equal to 10 kilowatts for single phase connections (restricted to 5kW export limit) or your inverter capacity is less than or equal to 30 kilowatts for three phase connections. Remove or relocate asset	You can apply to relocate our electricity assets to reduce an asset’s visual impact, provide safety clearances to structures or to make way for new or modified infrastructure. For more information, please visit our Remove or relocate our equipment page.
Connect public lighting	Some customers, such as developers or local councils, may wish to connect public street lighting assets or our electricity network. Choose this application type for any public street lighting works.
Special services and facilities access	Choose this application type for: Unmetered supplies (up to 5 Amps) in public places, or Requests to allow third party assets to be attached on Endeavour Energy assets. For more information, please visit our Special small service page.
