What payment methods can I use?
The Connections Portal supports three payment methods: credit card, BPAY and EFT.

What is Endeavour Energy’s bank account details for BPAY/EFT payment?
When you opt to pay via BPAY or EFT, the Tax Invoice will include our billing details.
Can I elect for someone else to pay the bill?
Yes. When you choose to pay by BPAY or EFT, you can nominate another party to pay the invoice. Refer to the Make a Payment - User Guide or Make a Payment - How to Video for guidance.
Why is my payment still showing ‘pending’ on the portal even though it has already been paid?
For EFT and BPAY payments, it may take up to 48 hours to reconcile. To expedite the processing of your payment, please email our team at remittances@endeavourenergy.com.au, ensuring that you attach your remittance advice.
