Our community battery program will deliver 10 community batteries across Blacktown, Campbelltown, Kiama, Liverpool, Shellharbour, Shoalhaven, Wingecarribee and Wollondilly.
Open programs
Our community batteries at Bungarribee, Kiama Downs and Shell Cove are currently fully subscribed. Opportunities to participate in our upcoming community batteries will be posted here when available.
Retail partner
We've partnered with Origin Energy to provide customers with access to the batteries, but you don't have to be an Origin customer to participate. Your participation in the community battery is separate to your existing electricity bill.
Origin Energy are inviting you to join a 12-month energy storage contract. You pay a monthly fee to access the battery, and in return you will receive a regular rebate.
