When does the PowerSavers program finish?

The PowerSavers program ended on 31 March 2024.

How will I receive my gift card?

If you were enrolled in a PowerSavers plan that was eligible for a gift card reward, you must confirm your email address before 31 May 2024 by replying to the email you received from the Endeavour Energy PowerSavers Team about the conclusion of the program or sending an email to powersavers@endeavourenergy.com.au.

A Prezzee eGift card will be sent to your confirmed email address within 4 weeks.

No gift cards will be sent after 30 June 2024 if we do not receive a reply by 31 May 2024.

Where can the gift card be used?

Your Prezzee eGift card offers the versatility to choose from a diverse selection of over 200 top retail brands. Redeem it for any number of eGift cards, matching the original card’s value, for a personalised shopping experience.

What happens to my enrolled device(s) now that the PowerSavers program has ended?

We will no longer be accessing any devices that were enrolled in the program, on Event days and any device settings that had been changed in order to participate in the program, will revert back to their original settings.

What happens to the device(s) I received as part of the PowerSavers program?

You may continue to use the device(s) provided to you as part of the program (“Device”) without needing to pay us a fee.

However, we will no longer provide or organise any support for the Device. Any applicable costs to service or fix the Device will need to be paid by you in the future.

If you choose to retain the Device after the end of the program then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Endeavour Energy excludes all liability for, and you agree to release Endeavour Energy from, any and all liability, whether contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise, it may have for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or claims (“Loss”) that you suffer or incur, to the extent such Loss arises out of, or is in any way connected with, your continued use of the Device.

If you have any questions or require assistance regarding your HEMS, please log a support request via the AtHome web app. For any water heating enquiries, please contact your local Solahart dealer.

Who do I contact about my electric vehicle charger?

Your EV charger is covered by five years of warranty from the date of installation. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding your charger, please contact the JET Charge aftersales team on 1300 856 328 or via email at info@jetcharge.com.au.
