We’re delighted to share that Guy Chalkley has been recognised as one of Australia’s best CEOs in the prestigious The CEO Magazine 2023 CEO of the Year Awards. This highly commended award is testament to Guy's outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to customer excellence, putting him amongst a distinguished group of visionary leaders.

Over the past three years, Guy has empowered our people to lead the transformation of Endeavour Energy and position us at the forefront of the energy transition.

He is a visible leader, who champions a diverse and inclusive workplace that inspires everyone to be their best everyday. He regularly ‘walks the floor’ and prioritises listening deeply to and acting on feedback. Whether engaging with senior leaders, or field workers, he makes everyone feel they are important and genuinely cares for their mental health and well-being.
