Closing the gender pay gap
We’re committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace that reflects the diversity of our customers and communities. When the full power of diversity is harnessed, it will enable our people to thrive and succeed in their career and life as well as deliver better customer services and business performance for generations to come.
Our efforts over the past three years have improved the representation at our executive and senior leadership levels now at 47.5% women. Our focus on ensuring equal representation for entry level positions and women in non-traditional roles has also resulted in at least 50% of all our apprentice appointments being female or gender diverse since 2022.
To reinforce our long-term commitment to advancing inclusive gender equality, Endeavour Energy is part of the Champions of Change Coalition which have collectively committed to transparent reporting of median gender pay gap data. See our genderpaygaps report here.
There is still more to be done as there are long-term structural challenges that will take time to address. But we know that when we power together, we can achieve so much more.
