Creating customer value

Our General Manager Customer Future Grid, Colin Crisafulli delivered a keynote at the Australian Energy & Battery Storage Conference, sharing how Endeavour Energy is committed to empowering our customers to make informed energy choices and to become active participants in our shared energy ecosystem.

From early trials of Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) to rolling out community batteries and our islandable Bawley Point and Kioloa Community Microgrid, over the past decade, we’ve been working in partnership with industry to deliver customer focused energy storage and solutions that enhance local grid resilience and sustainability.

Colin highlighted the growing need for storage solutions to be integrated further into the distribution network to allow optimal utilisation of resources, improved value stack, and enable localised supply and demand management, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness precisely where it's most required.
