Customer centred focus

Our efforts to lead the shift towards a smarter, cleaner, and more customer-centric energy system is the centre of our sixth Energy Charter Disclosure Report released today.

The report details our efforts towards better customer and community outcomes and provides a platform for us to stand up and be counted in demonstrating our purpose in powering communities for a brighter future. This year we’ve charted a course for the positive impact we believe Endeavour Energy must have for our customers and communities to thrive by:

  • co-designing renewable energy solutions like our award-winning Bawley Point and Kioloa community
  • jointly funded the establishment of 80 community batteries with DCCEEW for customers to participate in the energy transition and reduce their energy costs
  • using drones for powerline inspections to improve efficiency and safety, reducing the impact on customers and livestock
  • using innovative technology to improve affordability, reliability, and sustainability through our pioneering digital substations and our self-healing FLISR technology.

We thank our Peak Customer and Stakeholder Committee, our Customer Steer Co, and our Board for challenging us to innovate, to be bold, and to be better than we were yesterday.
