As cost of living and affordability pressures continue to affect Australian’s everywhere, we’ve doubled down on our collaborative efforts with our Energy Charter partners to make sure no customer is left behind.

Developed with input from our Peak Customer and Stakeholder Committee, and the Endeavour Energy Board, Executive Leadership Team and subject matter experts from across our business, our 2023 Energy Charter Disclosure is a frank and honest account of our performance against our deeply held commitments to customers.

In such times, Endeavour Energy’s focus has been on continuing to be efficient to keep our part of electricity bills as low as possible; supporting vulnerable customers through initiatives such as the national concessions awareness campaign and Knock To Stay Connected program; and collaborating with government and industry peers on opportunities to serve customers’ long-term choices and interests.
