Empowering girls in STEM

We’re passionate about creating exciting career pathways and employment opportunities for women and girls, and through our partnership with Western Sydney Women we’re empowering the next generation of women to expand their career choices. 

Our STEM and Trades Bootcamps have given girls in years 9-12 an insight into the specialist engineering, data and trades roles at Endeavour Energy. The hands-on experience included testing our virtual reality technology, climbing a pole and flying a drone. They’ve also had the opportunity to learn about innovations such as our Digital Twin and South Coast community microgrid.
