We’re delighted to have received the Energy Networks Australia and Energy Consumers Australia 2023 Award for Consumer Engagement, recognising our adoption of consumer engagement best practice.
Over an intense two-year, co-designed program engagement, Endeavour Energy placed an unwavering focus on authentic, accountable, and purposeful engagement to deliver customer-centric future service and investment plans for the upcoming 2024-29 regulatory period.
Our customers are always front of mind, but today we are grateful to pause, honour and thank the hundreds of people who contributed to and participated in our regulatory engagement. This includes 1800 customers and stakeholders and our committed key stakeholder reference group, who challenged us to do our best for our customers every step of the way.
We can achieve so much more when we power together with our customers and stakeholders and we look forward to continuing to continue to deliver outstanding customer engagement as a cornerstone of how we do business.
