As our industry continues to evolve, we're keeping innovation front of mind for our people. Over 1,000 of our curiously minded employees recently attended a series of Future Forums, where we showcased how we’re adopting new technologies and innovating the way we work to improve customer outcomes.

Drones, digital substations, community microgrids, power-saving systems, and other customer initiatives were all on display as we encouraged our people to build innovation into their everyday actions.
