Engaging our customers
Our Peak Customer and Stakeholder Committee joined our Endeavour Energy Board Members, Executive and senior leaders this week co-design our two-year customer engagement roadmap.
We warmly welcomed new members, who bring diverse voices to our committee, representing First Nations people, CALD communities, the Illawarra, and industry.
They join experienced customer, energy and business advocates, providing critical guidance and insight in the delivery of current services and the development of future services as together, we lead the way in designing and delivering smarter energy services that support our 2.7 million customers, and ensure that their needs and preferences are at the heart of our decision making.
