In a world where we are ‘electrifying everything’ and the Australian Energy Market Operator is forecasting the urgent need for 3.4GW of new generation, storage, and transmission in the National Electricity Market, meeting a shifting workforce profile and its skills requirements is a key priority for @Endeavour Energy and the wider industry.
More than 2,200 workers already complete training each year at our state-of-the-art training facility at Hoxton Park. Now, we’re also partnering with leading RTO Thomson Bridge to enable ready access to essential training for safety and skills to workforces across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Thomson Bridge’s Lisa Parkinson says the collaboration will “create best in breed skills and thinking and will be agile and responsive to industry needs with programs introduced based on the demand for new and essential skills.”
