Future of energy

We’re thrilled to welcome 18 energetic and enthusiastic recruits who have just begun their career journeys with us through our highly sought-after apprentice program. 

Our new apprentices will receive best in class training at our purpose-built Technical Training Centre and work towards nationally recognised electrical or motor mechanic qualifications. 

The group, aged from 16 to 41, bring a broad range of experiences with them including police force, brick laying, machine operations, health and education. Our new recruits also reflect the culture of Endeavour Energy as we firmly believe that fostering a diverse, inclusive, and flexible workforce is the key to providing an affordable, safe, reliable, and sustainable service for generations to come.
