Goodbye, good luck, thank you!

After 35 years with Endeavour Energy  (and its predecessors), our Chief Safety, Asset & Operating Officer Scott Ryan is moving on to an incredibly exciting opportunity overseas in Abu Dhabi.

Scott has been a cornerstone of our organisation for many years. Having started as a Cadet Engineer in 1989, he has held vital roles across the length and breadth of our business with a track record for transforming our people and organisation to deliver step changes in improved performance.

Scott has delivered major reform across diverse areas such as safety, grid transformation, operational delivery, workplace productivity and improved customer focus, developing and mentoring many of our current leaders along the way. At times of great need for our customers, Scott led our response to major natural disasters to safely restore essential electricity supplies to communities stricken by record breaking storms, bushfires and floods.

Scott’s dedication, passion and infectious enthusiasm for our people and customers is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to power together to create a brighter future.

We wish Scott and his family all the best for the opportunities ahead and thank him for his invaluable contribution to helping deliver a smarter, cleaner and more sustainable energy future for our customers and communities.
