we're humbled to yet again feature in The Australian Financial Review, discussing how we've harnessed the knowledge and know-how of our employees to deliver a multi-year digital transformation program.

Our Head of Technology Rudi Reynierse says the program involved a large team from the business who were integral in replacing 26 legacy systems with end-to-end SAP that supports our entire business because our employees understand our customers "and we know how our business works the best" while various system integrators were then used to configure the SAP software.

Our Technology Architecture and Engagement Manager, Richard Walsh added that using internal staff avoided ways of working imposed from other industry models. “There’s pros and cons to that. But the reality is our business might be a bit different...so you need to take their inputs and own your own destiny.”
