We’re thrilled to welcome Emma Ringland as our new Head of Regulation and Investments.

As a collaborative leader with experience in guiding teams through change and complexity, Emma is passionate about empowering organisations to use regulation and regulatory change to drive business, customer, and sustainability outcomes.

Speaking about what attracted her to Endeavour Energy, Emma said “I want to be on the right side of history when it comes to making a difference for a better future - and I'm excited about making that positive impact in the energy sector.”

Emma joins us after practising as a competition and regulatory lawyer in Sydney and London and executive leadership positions across digital, data, transformation, and banking products, most recently as Group Head of Regulatory Affairs for Westpac and the founder of Ringland Advisory.
