We’re supporting our people to get involved and have open and honest conversations about men's health and wellbeing as part of Movember 2023 and International Men's Day.  

Today we held our inaugural International Men’s Day Forum for a packed audience with representatives from all parts of our business sharing stories and their own experiences. Thanks to our Andrew Pitman, Divyang Amin, Prez Anderson, Chris Grasso, Sam Rawas and Benjamin Dufty for keeping it real and sharing your insights and learnings.  

Events such as these helps bring our people together to create stronger, lasting connections and foster a safe, supportive and inclusive work culture every day of the year.

Whether through an event, supporting a colleague’s Movember challenge, or enjoying light-hearted fun over some ridiculous facial hair, the personal and community connections created help embed a great culture at Endeavour Energy where everyone belongs and feels valued so they can realise their full potential.
