Summer internship program

We’ve been getting to know 11 interns this summer who are using their university vacations to get some great hands-on experience with us.  

Endeavour Energy offers an annual Vacation Program for high achieving students to put the theory they’ve learnt at university into practice by working collaboratively on projects and presenting findings to our senior leaders. The program sees the interns:  

- helping in short-term engineering, technology and data projects  
- visiting key sites to see firsthand infrastructure projects that play a role in the energy transition and the growth of Western Sydney 
- connecting with mentors who help in navigating the start of their own professional careers    
- learning the importance of their personal brand, values and the power of collaboration in the business world.
