Supporting diversity in STEM

Endeavour Energy (NSW) has partnered with Western Sydney Women to deliver the first of three STEM and Trades Bootcamps, to empower the next generation of women and expand their career choices. 

Students in years 9-12 participated in a range of fun, hands-on, and educational activities; including learning about our Digital Twin and South Coast community microgrid and touring our training site. They also had the chance to try out our virtual reality technology, try their hand at climbing a pole (all while decked out in our safety gear), and test out flying a drone! 

We’re passionate about creating exciting career pathways and employment opportunities for women and girls.
