Why inclusion matters

This year, we marked International Women’s Day by bringing together our people with our Board Member Marlene Kanga AO FTSE FREng FAICD, CEO of Dignity Homeless Services Australia Suzanne Hopman and members of our Executive Leadership Team Francoise Merit GAICD FCPA and Colin Crisafulli for a thought-provoking discussion on how an inclusive culture delivers better business and customer outcomes.

The panel discussed the importance of ensuring everyone feels valued and respected, and how building a more inclusive culture also helps to attract and keep a wider diversity of talent.

We also heard how Endeavour Energy is advancing equity for our customers and communities by supporting important partnerships such as Western Sydney Women, STEM Schools Challenge and through our community grants, workplace giving and volunteering activities.
