Major incident update - 11am Monday

ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE RESTORED TODAY

Power will be restored today to the 110 customers who remain without power due to storms over Wednesday and Friday last week in the Bargo, Leumeah, Maraylya, Moorebank, North Rocks Horsley Park, Kenthurst, The Oaks, Liverpool, Busby, Castle Hill Pitt Town, Lurnea, Ambarvale, and Glenbrook areas.

Endeavour Energy emergency crews will continue efforts to restore power to these customers. And as many of the remaining issues are single customer jobs, Accredited Service Providers will be engaged to support direct customer connections to get power back on as fast as possible.

We are asking customers who may be without power and can’t see their property showing as without power on our outage map to phone us on 131 003. This may mean there is an issue isolated to their property we need to resolve.

We thank customers for their ongoing support and patience as we restore power following multiple, significant storm events over a number of days that saw power impacted to 78,000 customers and caused 1801 incidents needing repair.
