Storm & flood update 7 April 2024 4pm
Affected customers can now access our flood restoration plan to find estimated power restoration times here.
As water levels subside from peak flood levels, we will be restoring power to approximately 380 properties over the coming days.
Please note that recovery times may be affected where there is damage to roads and bridges, or water-logging prevents access to parts of the electricity network.
Power will be restored to all non-flooded properties which were without power after Friday’s torrential rain and damaging winds by this evening.
Thank you for your understanding as our flood recovery continues.
