Report a faulty street light

To report a broken or faulty streetlight, please call us on 131 003.

We will need you to provide, the street address and nearest house number and cross street.

Our team will then inspect and repair the light, getting it working again as quickly as possible.

Please note: We are currently improving the process to report streetlights not working, and you will be able to report an outage through our website again soon.
