About Authorisations
An authorisations framework has been established to assess the competency of people working on or near the Endeavour Energy network and to ensure that only competent people gain authorisation to carry out defined tasks on the network. A list of functions has been created, and for each function, the required training, qualifications, experience, and knowledge have been determined. Fundamentally, all authorisations are based on both a training component and a competency component. All evidence of training will be submitted to the Authorisations Section for assessment and approval will be given once all requirements have been met.
