How do I access Ariba Source to Contract?

Suppliers can access Ariba Source to Contract through an invitation from Endeavour Energy. Once invited, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register and log in to the Ariba Network.

What are the system requirements for using Ariba Source to Contract?

Ariba Source to Contract can be accessed through any modern web browser. It is recommended to use the latest version of browsers like Chrome or Edge for the best experience. Ensure that cookies and JavaScript are enabled.

Registration and Account Setup

If I am an existing supplier of Endeavour Energy, what do I need to do?

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, existing Endeavour Energy suppliers may be asked to complete the supplier registration questionnaire within their SAP Business Network account to confirm that the company details on record are correct.

To do this, you must have created a standard SAP Business Network account or logged into your existing SAP Business Network account.

I do not need to participate in tenders – do I still need to register on SAP Ariba Network?

If you are not a current supplier to Endeavour Energy you will need to register on SAP Ariba Network to receive purchase orders and payment for any goods and/or services.

How do I register as a new supplier on SAP Ariba Network?

You will receive an email invitation from Endeavour Energy. Follow the link provided in the email to the Ariba Network registration page. Complete the required fields, create a username and password, and submit your registration.  Standard Account is the minimum requirement.

What should I do if I did not receive a registration email?

Check your spam or junk email folder for the invitation. If you still can't find the email, contact Endeavour Energy’s procurement team at procurement@endeavourenergy.com.au for assistance.

Can I register multiple users for my company?

Yes, multiple users can be registered under a single supplier account. Each user should have a unique email address. The primary contact can add and manage users through the account settings.

Profile Management

How do I update my company profile information?

Log in to your Ariba Network account, go to the Company Profile section, and click on Edit. You can update your contact information, company details, products, and services offered. Make sure to save changes before exiting.

Can I upload documents to my profile?

Yes, you can upload documents such as certificates, licenses, and company policies. Go to the Company Profile section, navigate to the Documents tab, and use the Upload button to add files.

How do I participate in an open RFI, RFP or RFT?

Sourcing Event Invitation  

Step 1: Sourcing Event Invitation

You will receive an invitation email from Endeavour Energy to join a Sourcing Event.  At this time, you will either be instructed to create a standard SAP Business Network account or log into your existing SAP Business Network account.  Ensure you use your existing SAP Business Network account to avoid creating a duplicate supplier account, which can cause issues in viewing tender information from Endeavour Energy.

Step 3: Register with Endeavour Energy on SAP Ariba

To collaborate with Endeavour Energy on SAP Ariba once you have been successfully awarded a contract, you must be registered on our Ariba platform, with your profile and data kept up to date.

What types of sourcing events may be available?

Ariba Source to Contract supports various types of sourcing events, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Tenders (RFT).

How do I submit a bid?

Log in to your Ariba account and access the event. Click on the Participate button to view the event details. Complete the required fields, attach any necessary documents, and submit your bid by clicking the Submit button.

How can I review and sign contracts?

Once a contract is awarded, you will receive a notification to review the contract. Log in to your Ariba account, navigate to the Contracts section, review the terms, and sign electronically if required.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and ensure you are using a supported browser. If the issue persists, contact Ariba Support with a detailed description of the problem.

Compliance and Security

How does Ariba ensure the security of my data?

Ariba Source to Contract uses advanced security measures including data encryption, secure access protocols, and regular security audits to protect your data. Compliance with global data protection regulations is strictly adhered to.

Sensitive data on your Endeavour Energy account (including bank information, insurance information and responses to questionnaires) are available only to the Endeavour Energy Procurement team and those directly involved in your specific event.

What are my responsibilities regarding compliance?

As a supplier, you must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. Compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-bribery, data protection, and trade compliance, is mandatory.
