The following services are available for customers and community members that were impacted by the July 2022 floods along the Hawkesbury, Colo and MacDonald Rivers.
Scammer alert
Unfortunately there are people who seek to obtain money from individuals impacted by the floods. Please be mindful of scammers claiming to act on behalf of Endeavour Energy who may contact you and seek payment for flood restoration work.
Endeavour Energy will not contact you directly asking for money for flood restoration works.

We will also send proactive SMS messages to keep customers informed.
Safety inspections
Endeavour Energy will complete a preliminary inspection of your home and the meter box. We will send a Level 2 Accredited Services Provider (ASP) to complete assessments and minor repairs, including the provision of a limited power supply to the property such as a power point on your switch board, where safe to do so. This service is provided by Endeavour Energy.
If you’re not home when we visit, we will leave you a letter detailing the outcome and instructions on the next steps.

Easy connection
Limited supply established by Endeavour Energy
If a limited supply has been established, an electrician will need to be engaged to check and make repairs to the remainder of your home.
The engagement of a licenced electrician to inspect and repair the internal wiring of your property is the responsibility of the property owner.
Power left disconnected by Endeavour Energy
You will need to engage an electrician to check and make repairs to your home.
The engagement of a licenced electrician to inspect and repair the internal wiring of the property is the responsibility of the property owner.
Once the electrical contractor has completed repairs, conducted safety and compliance inspections they will log a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) with Endeavour Energy; and provide you with a copy.
Once your house is safe to reconnect simply phone us on 131 003 and Endeavour Energy will arrange to reconnect your home, at no charge.
